Support Harlow's Recovery from Medical Crisis

My name is Harlow and I’m reaching out for support after a medical emergency nearly took my life and changed it in ways I’m still coming to terms with.
Earlier this year while on a vacation tour, I suffered a severe and life-threatening allergic reaction. By the time I landed back home and went to the emergency room, my eyes and throat were nearly swollen shut. Standard treatments of multiple doses of epinephrine and steroids failed to reverse the reaction. In a last-resort effort to save my life, doctors injected me with a C1 esterase inhibitor - a medication typically used in extremely rare cases of angioedema (1 in 100,000).

Thankfully, this same treatment helped stabilize the reaction over the next month while I remained in and out of the ICU + hospital. Unfortunately, it came with severe side effects: it triggered multiple blood clots throughout my upper body. What was supposed to be a lifesaving treatment became the beginning of a long, painful journey I’m still navigating today.

Anything you can give, even just sharing this fundraiser, means more than I can say.
